THREE-TIERED LAYER CONCEPT
INNOVATIVE INTERIOR
The cockpit of the Nissan 370Z Roadster incorporates a 3-tiered “layer concept”, with a layer for information, operation and holding. The information layer provides good visibility and easy access to all key data, with a large steering wheel opening that helps keep the steering-column-attached gauges in view. The operation layer includes the oval-shaped 3-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel, padded shifter and switchgear. The holding layer includes the sport seat, knee pads and door trim support, which help to keep the driver comfortable and secure while driving.
EASY-TO-SEE GAUGES
The instrument panel retains the traditional 3-pod cluster with oil temperature, voltmeter and clock, while the speedometer and tachometer include an “initial sweep” function, coming alive when the Z is first started.
SEATS THAT KEEP YOU COMFORTABLE IN MORE WAYS THAN ONE
Drive with the top down in comfort for longer periods with the Roadster’s available heated and cooled seats. Air directed through perforations in the seatbacks and bottom cushions help keep you toasty warm or cool and dry.
AIRFLOW MANAGEMENT
The Roadster’s aerodynamic design minimizes turbulence throughout the cabin, for a quieter ride and more effective heating and cooling from the climate control system.
DEFLECT THE WIND
The integrated rear wind deflector with etched Z logo not only looks great, it works with the Roadster’s aerodynamic shape to further reduce wind turbulence inside the cockpit.
THE SOFT TOP PERFECTED
The double-insulated roof helps keep warm air in and unwanted noise out, while a glass rear window with defroster provides a clear view of everything behind you.
